Account Manager


Moving Analytics is looking for experienced, result-oriented customer success executives to join our team and mission to provide cardiac rehab to 1 million patients every year. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating, designing and utilizing best practice process to drive adoption of Moving Analytics’ services and directly influencing how many patients get access to the life-saving benefits of cardiac rehab. You will be working at the nexus of hospitals, payers and patients to increase access to care.

Moving Analytics provides Movn - a digital cardiac rehabilitation service to help patients recover after a heart attack or heart surgery. The goal of the program is to help patients reduce their risk of getting a future cardiac event by empowering them to manage their risk factors including exercise, nutrition, smoking, blood pressure, weight, medication and stress.

Scope of Work
  • Be the main point of contact between the company and customers
  • Enable successful roll-out of Movn to customers, including on-boarding, developing creative assets, brainstorming ideas, attending launches virtually or in person and post go-live support
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of Movn
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for customers
  • Drive retention and growth among customers
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Collect and analyze customer health metrics, NPS and other feedback
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the other teamsin the company regarding product and service improvements
  • llaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Moving Analytics advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
What We're Looking For
  • Ideally 3+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role with experience in a SaaS or software company being aplus
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and capability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Results driven mentality with a bias for action
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
